Hayley is the director of Vitality Breaks. She has been working in the wellness industry for 10 years. She’s a Fully insured professional massage therapist, Reiki level 2 practitioner and Mindfulness teacher. Hayley is also the Director of her own corporate wellbeing company based in London in the UK http://www.officevitality.co.uk Hayley trained to teach Mindfulness for Stress with Breath Works in 2015 and has been teaching Mindfulness in the corporate sector and the community ever since. She also has an ITEC in healthy eating and is passionate about clean organic food. Hayley see’s nutrition as a way to heal the body and mind. Hayley is very passionate about healthy lifestyle and retreats and after attending so many retreats in the past she felt she wanted to make something that could include some fun sessions to lighten the experience. Her goal in the last few years has been finding ways to feel good and have fun in a healthy way. Anything from dance, cleansing, super food smoothies, Mindfulness and yoga are ways she uses as ways to promote good feelings.

My name is Jo Padmini Badger. I have worked in complementary therapy for 20 years and have clinical and private practice experience. I have worked in schools, playgroups, a hospice, on-site in the workplace and in Leisure Centres.

Alison has been teaching Yin Yoga for more than 14 years.
She trained with FROYG (Friends of Yoga International) and holds qualifications from Yoga Alliance 200 and Real Yoga. The style of Yoga Alison teaches is called Yin Yoga.
Alison is involved in an ongoing programme of continuing professional development and has full professional liability insurance.
Discovering Yoga has been a real gift for her and she feels very privileged to be able to share its wisdom with other people and empower them also to take charge of their lives and find peace, happiness and contentment amidst the challenges of modern living.
Varsha is passionate about wellness and also practices what she preaches. She’s a walking product of everything she teaches and you can’t help but feel energised after one of her classes. Varsha teaches a mix of Hatha yoga and Mindfulness. She has been teaching all over the UK for corporate clients including Disney, The Nursing Midwifery Council and even the house of commons. Varsha has written her own workshops for reducing stress and increasing energy and happiness. She will work with the groups needs every time so you get something that’s just right for you.
